Running a Notary business means making a lot of decisions on your own - but you don't have to figure it all out on your own. Bring your biggest questions, ideas, or even frustrations. This call is your space! Whether you need guidance, a second opinion, marketing ideas, or just someone to listen, I'm here to help you gain clarity and create a plan.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 02/01/2026 By booking a 30-minute coaching call with Your Notary Bestie (YNB), you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Purpose of Coaching Call • This session is designed to provide focused guidance on your most pressing questions related to your notary business. • Topics may include marketing strategies, business growth, second opinions, encouragement, or general notary-related inquiries. • This call does not provide legal advice or financial consulting. 2. Scheduling & Availability • Calls must be scheduled in advance through the YNB website or app. • Availability is subject to scheduling openings, and same-day bookings may not always be available. • Clients are responsible for ensuring they are available at the scheduled time. 3. Punctuality & Missed Appointments • Clients are expected to be on time. If the Client is more than 5 minutes late, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time. • If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will be forfeited. • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 4. Payment & Refunds • Payment is required in full at the time of booking. • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after booking. • If YNB must cancel the session, the Client will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund. 5. Coaching Limitations • This session is meant to provide insights and support based on personal experience. YNB does not guarantee specific business results. • Coaching does not replace legal, financial, or tax advice. Clients should consult appropriate professionals for such matters. 6. Amendments • YNB may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 7.
