Need a document notarized for yourself? I offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) services for notaries. This service includes up to two notarizations for one signer and a 30-minute video recording for $50. Additional fees apply for extra notarizations ($10 each), additional signers ($10 per signer for ID verification), and extended video recording time ($20 per additional 30 minutes). Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 02/01/2025 By purchasing the Officiant Mastery coaching session with Your Notary Bestie (YNB), you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Coaching Session Details This one-on-one session provides essential knowledge, tailored guidance, and resources for starting or improving your officiant business. Clients will receive: • A personalized coaching call. • Access to base scripts, questionnaires, and checklists. • Tips for success in the officiant industry. • Guidance and script-writing assistance for your first 10 ceremonies. 2. Scheduling & Availability • Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the YNB website or app. • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Missed or late appointments (beyond 10 minutes) may result in forfeiture of the session. 3. Payment & Refunds • Payment is required in full at the time of booking. • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the session has been scheduled. • If YNB must cancel the session, the Client will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund. 4. Use of Materials • Any scripts, checklists, or templates provided are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared publicly. • YNB retains all rights to provided materials. 5. Ongoing Support • Clients will receive unlimited script-writing assistance for their first 10 ceremonies. • Support is provided via email or direct chat (response times may vary but will be within 72 hours). 6. Limitation of Liability • YNB provides general guidance based on experience but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with any state or local regulations regarding officiant services. Amendments • YNB may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 7.
